How we tell our stories
Our stories are based on real events reported by animal shelters, rescue groups and news outlets. We rewrite each story in our own words and always credit the original source with a link. Some images and videos on this site are AI-generated illustrations; when they are, we say so clearly. They are not photos of the actual animals or people in the story.
